Tea culture dates back to 2000 BC and has become a deeply meditative ritual for people all over the world.
Grace, Founder of Qi Alchemy, explains the history of tea, the different types of teas ceremonies in Asia, and the various spiritual philosophies that have influenced tea ceremonies in China, Japan and Korea.
Lastly, everyone will participate in a Korean tea ceremony, so bring your favorite hot cup of tea!

Grace is the Founder & CEO of Qi Alchemy, an herbal wellness line rooted in ancient Korean medicinal practice. Inspired by the organic herbs from South Korea, she has always manifested in helping people learn about Korean wellness practices and medicinal herbs.
Grace has been studying herbalism under the guidance of Dr. Jun (a highly respected Traditional Korean Medical doctor with over 40 years of clinical experience) and is an AADP Board Certified Health Coach and Qi gong practitioner. In collaboration with Dr. Jun, we hope to share functional herbal blends with health and wellness progressives and those in search for a traditional remedy.
